The sky burns again. Two years after the first invasion, the Martian walkers return, grinding what little remains of Earth into dust. George Herbert, survivor and desperate father, holds on to one thought: if his son is alive, he will find him. While the last fragments of Earth's military prepare an audacious strike on the Red Planet itself, he pushes through ruins and refugee columns. A countdown. A one-way voyage.
