Kim Little commands a dramatic range so wide that stage lights simply give up somewhere near the edges. She trained herself, partly by calling and partly because the shooting schedule never blinked. Across H.G. Wells' War of the Worlds and The Next Wave, she defended the planet while performing her own falls, tumbles and heroic sprints, chiefly because the budget considered stunt doubles a luxury. Festivals not yet invented have already reserved a screening room for her complete works.
