A quiet suburban home, a birthday cake on the way, and a countdown nobody asked for. Jack and Melissa watch their young son drift into behavior that is strange, then cruel, then frankly impossible. Pets bolt, neighbors suffer, and the boy speaks with a calm that belongs to someone much older. Piecing the signs together, the parents reach a conclusion no family wants: their child may be the doorway to the Apocalypse, and the appointment is 11-11-11. The calendar is remarkably punctual.
