Some actors fill the frame; Jonathan Nation spills out of it. His dramatic range is so vast that the lighting crew on Dragonquest simply gave up and admitted the spotlights weren't big enough. Self-taught by conviction and by shooting schedule, he mastered gunplay in 6 Guns and gravity in Bone Alone, performing every stunt himself with the serene grace of a man who knows the stunt-double budget is a rumor. Between Hornet and Monster Hunters, he became a cult legend at festivals not yet invented, awaiting their founders.
