A scream tears through the Turkish forest. Something huge crosses the sky. A paleontology professor and his students have hiked to the slopes of a dormant volcano hunting fossils. What they find is a perfectly preserved nest, and eggs beginning to crack. Nearby, a US special forces unit tracks a terrorist cell through the same valley. Two missions. One winged predator. The mountain is waking up, and the creatures inside have been waiting a very long time.
