Almost the entire planet lies underwater, and whoever commands the sharks commands what's left of humankind. A ruthless warlord rules the floating settlements with obedient packs of predators, taking water and lives as tribute. But when he seizes the daughter of a mysterious shark caller, he hands his rival the one weapon he can't control: an inherited supernatural gift she must learn to wield to free her people. Mark Atkins directs this drowned-world adventure with unashamed, full-throttle appetite.
