What data we process

Mockbusters.tv has no user accounts, sign-up forms, newsletters or comment systems: we do not actively collect personal data.

Our hosting infrastructure (Vercel Inc.) generates technical access logs (IP address, user agent, requested pages) needed to serve and protect the site. The approximate country derived from your IP is used solely to show each movie’s availability in your territory, and is not stored.

If you accept analytics cookies in the consent banner, Google Analytics 4 (Google LLC) measures page visits in aggregate. It runs under Consent Mode with everything denied by default: if you do not accept, no analytics cookie is set. Details and how to change your choice are in the Cookie policy.

Third-party services

Posters and photographs are served from The Movie Database (TMDB) CDN. Trailers and movies play through YouTube in its enhanced-privacy mode (youtube-nocookie.com), which sets no cookies until you press play.

Some links to Amazon carry an affiliate identifier: if you buy or subscribe through them, Amazon may pay us a commission. Those links take you to Amazon, whose privacy policy applies from that point on.

Your rights

You may exercise the access, rectification, erasure, objection, restriction and portability rights recognized by the GDPR by writing to contacto@mockbusters.tv. You may also lodge a complaint with your supervisory authority.

Changes to this policy

If we add services that change this processing (advertising or analytics, for instance), we will update this policy and, where required, ask for your consent first.
