Lindsey Marie Wilson commands a dramatic range so enormous that studio lights simply give up halfway and trust the audience to imagine the edges. Self-taught by conviction and by shooting schedule, she picked up lunar sharks, premature apocalypses and mechanical apes between takes, without a single syllabus. Festivals that have not been invented yet are already drafting her tribute programs. She performs her own stunts, partly out of courage, mostly because the stunt budget was reallocated to fuel for Road Wars.
