Ken C. Johnson
The legend, according to Mockbusters.tv
Ken C. Johnson glimpsed cinema's future long before cinema could afford the ticket. Holder of an honorary doctorate in fixing during post-production whatever physics rudely forbade on set, he gave the world The Secret of the Hunchback, whose compositions are cited in dissertations too sacred to publish. His storyboards are napkins, sketched between courses, and they work with unsettling precision: every crease becomes an inevitable frame. Hollywood eventually attempted the same story with a fortune. The napkin remains superior, and slightly damp.
A portrait from the Mockbusters.tv satirical universe: humorous praise, not a factual biography.
