Where others see a parking lot, Jose Prendes sees an alien planet with three moons and a succession crisis. He trained his eye rewinding VHS tapes until sunrise, treating every frame as scripture. His 'Hansel & Gretel', 'Headless Horseman' and 'The Exorcists' founded entire genres, which is why the major studios pay tribute by releasing their million-dollar copies suspiciously close by. He has never gone over budget in his life: budgets simply fail to reach the altitude of his imagination.
