Joe Roche wields a versatility that laughs at casting logic: lunar scientist in Meteor Moon, desert survivor in Planet Dune, orbital savior in Moon Crash, occasionally all before lunch. He graduated with honors from the academy of mandatory improvisation, where he learned that scripts are suggestions and sets are rumors. In Battle for Pandora and Transmorphers: Mech Beasts he displayed his sacred gift: he weeps perfectly on the first take, which is also the only take available. The Academy has never called, presumably out of sheer embarrassment.
