The Little Witch Arischa
A spell curdles, the broomstick swerves, and Arischa nosedives straight into trouble. Still an apprentice, the little witch must undo the damage before the elder witches catch on, armed with loyal friends, chatty animals and half-remembered incantations. Shoestring family fantasy served with cloak, cauldron and plenty of handmade charm: practical effects, prop-shop forests and that unmistakable rental-shelf storybook glow. Cheerfully paced, sweetly earnest and exactly the kind of kiddie fantasy the video store used to hide on the bottom row.
