Dawn over a Caribbean prison, a wedding cancelled before the vows: that is where the descent begins. Charged with aiding a pirate, Will Turner and Elizabeth Swann must deliver Jack Sparrow's compass to buy their freedom. Jack, meanwhile, owes his soul to Davy Jones, barnacled master of the deep, and only the captain's buried heart can cancel the debt. The hunt runs from swamp shacks to open water, shadowed by the Flying Dutchman, her half-human crew and the Kraken below.
