Owen Grady has traded theme parks for a remote cabin in the Sierra Nevada, where he keeps Maisie Lockwood hidden from a world that would dearly like to study her. When the girl and a newborn raptor are taken, he and Claire Dearing follow the trail to Biosyn, the corporation now entrusted with the world's dinosaurs. Inside its alpine sanctuary they cross paths with Ellie Sattler, Alan Grant and Ian Malcolm, who are tracking a plague of improbably large locusts. Coexistence, it seems, comes with terms.
