St. Petersburg, 1916. A ball inside the imperial palace. By dawn, everything is gone: the Romanovs fall, and a small girl vanishes in the crowd. Ten years later, an eighteen-year-old orphan walks out of the only home she knows, carrying blurred memories, a single name and one clue pointing to Paris. Two con men spot her and sense a payday.
